Hello everyone,

 

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Marilyn R. Massaro,
curator of collections of the Museum of Natural History and Planetarium,
Providence, RI from 1988 to 2013. Prior to working in Providence, she was a
curatorial assistant and teaching fellow at Harvard University's Museum of
Comparative Zoology for eight years. She was an enthusiastic supporter of
SPNHC from its founding and served on the publication and membership
committees and as an associate editor of book reviews.  She will be dearly
missed.
