Hi, Botany 2015 attendees,

If you are attending and available to help out, being at the SPNHC booth will be highest priority during the opening reception on Sunday evening (7:30 to 10), and during the breaks on Monday through Wednesday.

However, I will also likely need -- and would greatly appreciate! - your help on Sunday afternoon from 3 to 5 for setup and on Wednesday from 3 to 4 (or during break-time, 3:15 to 3:45) for taking down and packing the display. It must be out of the Exhibit Hall by 4 on Wed.

The SPNHC Membership Booth will be in Hall D, booth #138, at the Shaw Conference Centre during the Botany 2015 meeting (25-29 July, Edmonton, Canada). Deb Lewis (Iowa State Ada Hayden Herbarium) has kindly agreed to be in charge of the booth.

If you are attending the meeting, please help Deb out by signing up for a time slot to stand at the booth, give out promotional materials and talk to visitors about SPNHC (and encourage new members to join).
