In 2015 the Conservation Committee completed a best practices on food
management in collection-holding institutions (available on the SPNHC
wiki!). If you missed our presentation at the SPNHC meeting in Gainesville,
you have a chance to catch an updated version during a Connecting 2
Collections Care (C2CC) webinar tomorrow afternoon (Thursday, November 3rd
