Good luck. This topic has come up many times over the years and no one has been able to find a vendor that still fabricates or sells jars larger than gallons. Two alternatives that folks have been using are stainless steel tanks or polycarbonate storage pails from University Products - https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.universityproducts.com_polycarbonate-2Dstorage-2Dpails-2Dfor-2Dwet-2Dcollections.html&d=CwIGaQ&c=-dg2m7zWuuDZ0MUcV7Sdqw&r=CLFZJ3fvGSmDp7xK1dNZfh6uGV_h-8NVlo3fXNoRNzI&m=We781OrX8AX_uRGlBnDlQQC__BZZZDnMeZBhIPIwDtA&s=Lj9HSbupDEg7TJQ8CYj8syYpaoRLi53lMahHv5WHPS0&e= . They do not seal very well but I know some folks who are using them.

Subject: [Nhcoll-l] LARGE museum jars

Hi folks.

I am looking for large, museum quality, glass storage jars; preferably with Polyethylene lined caps and (wishful thinking on this part)… straight sides.

I am interested in jars 128 oz or greater up to 512 oz.

Can anyone help?

Thanks
Jay
