NOAA predicts Tropical Storm Isaias will bring heavy rainfall to Florida and the immediate Georgia coast tonight and parts of the Carolinas, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast this week. Please encourage your members and constituents to monitor Isaias's progress and ensure that their flood plans are in place. Flash and urban flooding - not just along the coast - are possible.
