Invitation to 2nd phase of Digital and Extended Specimen consultation
The alliance will convene a follow up to the consultation in February and March next month. Phase 2 will focus on capturing the infrastructure capabilities needed to support Digital Extended Specimens. Now renamed as Digital Extended Specimens, or ‘DeS’.

Similar to the consultation in February and March, a landing page for the consultation<https://allianceforbio.us18.list-manage.com/track/click?u=a483b43cb36d0d60edb3a266b&id=674ddf9fcc&e=f7f9f75bb9> has been created and is now live on the GBIF community forum<https://allianceforbio.us18.list-manage.com/track/click?u=a483b43cb36d0d60edb3a266b&id=7f3bd8dd34&e=f7f9f75bb9>.
