Hi Mare,
We’ve bought smaller vials with black phenolic cone liners from the Acme Vial & Glass Company<https://www.acmevial.com/index.asp> of Paso Robles, CA.
Easy to work with, and for us, it was the best price we could find on the size of vial we wanted, even counting local suppliers.
Everything else we get from o.berk /bottlestore<https://www.oberk.com/>.
