advising that due to the outbreak of HPAI in Mexico:<br>

color:#1F497D">Bird specimens from Mexico must now be treated
prior to importation into the U.S. and be accompanied by an import
permit. They cannot go to an approved BL2 or approved
establishment for treatment. <br>
