<DIV>Hi Jody,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>You will probably get many similar answers to this. The quick and
easy way is to swab them, using a cotton bud/Q tip soaked in IMS or
ethanol. Gently roll the damp swab over the mold and it will lift it out
and neutralise it. If you start to get pigment (paint) from the swan's
feet as well, don't worry just be sure to get all that mould mycelium
out/neutralised, then re-paint the feet next day. </DIV>
<DIV>Meanwhile get yourself a dehumidifier, middling price - the cheaper ones'
compressors tend to pack up after a year!</DIV>

not sure who can help. We recently had a problem in one of our classroom with
humidity above 80%. Yesterday, I noticed that there is a greenish mold growing
on the feet of the Tundra Swan hanging in that classroom. Besides
vacuuming with HEPA filter vacuum, what else can I do to kill the mold and
remove it from the black feet of the swan?<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
