President of Science and Conservation is responsible for providing Science
leadership in support of the Garden across multiple domestic and international
locations. Responsible for leading the definition, development, and implementation
of the Garden’s scientific and conservation strategy and business plans
to support the Garden’s strategic plan. This role ensures that science
and conservation initiatives function proactively to support the organization
to achieve its objectives. Leads, develops and motivates an effective and
professional research team. The Senior Vice President promotes the
Garden’s role in science and conservation to internal and external global
audiences.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

scientific record with a minimum of ten (10+) years scientific leadership

abilities in successful grant writing, fundraising, negotiating and managing
