Dr. Evans is a beetle expert, writer, nature photographer, and author of
several books on insects. This lecture will include a colorful and
engaging look at some of his early coleopterological experiences and
influences, his previous work as an author, and some of the back story
regarding the production of his latest book.<br> <br> After the
presentation, Dr. Evans will be signing copies of his new book Beetles
of Eastern North America, as well as other of his books. Copies of his
books will be available for purchase at the Woodsend bookstore.<br> <br><b>
Dinner is a potluck</b>. Bring your favorite main dish, side, or dessert for
