<p class="MsoNormal">Building construction costs are driving project footprints to be smaller and smaller, leading many projects to consider collections going onto higher and higher shelves. In my current work with 5 natural history museums, the same question
continues to be asked: What are other museums doing to retrieve their collections? How high are they storing them? What equipment are they using? What training is needed? How do others avoid the risks? What does this mean for using volunteers and students?
