There will be three letters and they will each be reviewed by people<br>
with extensive CITES experience:<br>

1. To every CITES management authority to encourage them to register<br>
scientific institutions in their country.<br>
2. To every CITES country on the standing committee, encouraging them<br>
to suspend or revoke the validation requirement.<br>
3. To every scientific institution in the country that would qualify<br>
for registration, urging them to apply for registration.<br>
<br>
