      EMT/medical snips are used to cut heavy bandages, <br>
      and casts, etc.  <br>
      <br>
      Way back when, I mostly prepared small bird skins, <br>
      so I never used a hacksaw, but it might be good for <br>
      large bones. It would prolly make a cleaner cut. <br>
      Replacement blades are inexpensive. Soft rubber <br>
      jaws on a vise might be good when using a hacksaw. <br>
      Amazon [soft jaw pad].<br>
