They have 60 days to submit their reports, so they are not suspended
yet. <br>

For those of you in the U.S., I am trying to confirm if it is still
the case that the U.S. enforcement of suspension exempts material
moving under Certificates of Scientific Exchange, rather than
permits. If that is still the case, then all the more reason to
re-double your efforts to encourage your counterparts in other
countries to get their institutions registered. I have all the
materials you and they will need. Contact me off-list if you would
like to play a part in making sure that every country has at least
one registered institution. Plus, the huge benefit of moving
material under a COSE is avoiding the validation procedure which is
at best a headache and at worst, an insurmountable challenge that
has actually resulted in failed shipments (refusal of entry). <br>
