I'm told that Bhutan has filed its annual report, so there should be
no suspension to recommend issued (remember, they had 60 days to
file before the suspension would take place). <br>

and you should always check this list before sending or carrying
something to a suspended country, seeking a permit from a suspended
country (suspension means that they should not be issuing permits!
but some do anyway or you may be working with a permit that was
issued prior to suspension), carrying or shipping something from a
suspended country. <br>
