    It was just pointed out to me that there is some fine print legalese

    I had missed:<br>

        (U.S.), U.S. territories, the District of Columbia or Peru and

        at least 18 years of age. Entry ends February 26, 2016."</strong></p>

    <p>So it is not genuinely open to everyone. My apologies.<br>
