    <p>The states did in fact fight the listing. That&#39;s what brought
      about this agreement. <br>

    <p>Anyone who thinks a listing now is even remotely possible isn&#39;t
      paying much attention to current events.</p>
    <p>Sorry to be negative but the bill was introduced by a Democrat,
      has one co-sponsor, and was sent to five committees. Those are not
      good odds.<br>
