pest management plan include sticky/blunder traps, flying insect sticky traps, pheromone traps if you’re worried about specific pests, potentially ultrasonic rodent repellents, policies around food/drink, inspection schedules for pests as well as damp, incorrect
temperature/humidity, and I’m sure I’m missing a few other general measures that others will mention. There are a good resources out there. I’m more familiar with North American information so they may vary for Israel but the general guidelines should be the
same.
