<p class="MsoNormal">The Outreach Specialist/Education Program Director will support faculty and student success by developing opportunities and programs to maximize the use of the Garden in teaching and other educational efforts, both within the campus and
broader community. The person filling this position should be enthusiastic, creative, inquisitive, and be able to engage educational groups in exciting programs that highlight plants, people and the environment. The Academic Specialist-Outreach/Educational
Program Director will be a key resource to faculty wishing to expand classroom curriculum to include the Garden as a part of achieving their hands-on learning objectives. They will coordinate and lead tours and classes in the Garden and manage all educational
events at the Garden. This individual will also provide mentorship of undergraduate interns, graduate assistants, and related projects in the Garden. This position is full-time.<o:p></o:p></p>
