Participants will conduct field-based surveillance of small mammals, perform DNA extractions, library preparation, Nanopore Adaptive Sampling, and basic bioinformatics in the field. T</span><span style="color:rgb(34,34,34)">he workshop will be conducted mostly in English, with Spanish support available.</span></div><div><span style="color:rgb(32,33,36)"><br></span></div><div><span style="color:rgb(32,33,36)">Transportation from QCAZ (Quito) to Otongachi will be provided on Oct 28th and Nov 6th.
