the nineteenth century and on, many nature researchers were active in the region, and many specimens were sent abroad. If you know about birds specimens from the Palestine / Israel region, in your institution or elsewhere, we will be very grateful if you could
contact us, so we can integrate this into our database. If you know of anyone else who might have relevant specimens and is not on this list we would appreciate it if you could send this notice along to them.</span></p>
