I recommend using archival PVA glue to affix the substrate onto archival heavy paper (like a trimmed herbarium sheet) so that the specimen can be viewed under a dissection scope easily but can also go into a small box. How you then store these boxes varies.
We store them in our standard packets with the labels on the outside of the packet.</div>
