from historical skins. We have been unable to recover, but the last communication was the CBP took possession from the third party vendor (land), yet we cannot find out which port or office. It may have us reconsider both DHL and when we permit destructive
sampling for international requests.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:106%;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">Ironically, this was the result of a labor dispute with DHL Canada, but it appears from what I am reading here that it could happen

<p>Dear colleagues, <o:p></o:p></p>
<p>the Executive order suspending the De Minimis Treatment For All Countries" gets effective on 29 August, 00:01 Eastern Daylight Time.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p>This removed the low-value exemption for all shipments into the US and introduces measures to increase screening for illegal substances or drugs. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p>This may affect postal shipments handled/forwarded within national postal systems for import to the US / into USPS systems. DHL parcel, i.e. national German parcel service, (which is not the same as DHL Express), declared to suspend all services to the US
from 26 August.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>The announcement of DHL states, that several other national postal services, are suspending services tot he US, e.g. <o:p></o:p></p>
