She received a BA in studio art from Central Connecticut State University in 1986, with supplemental studies at Yale University and the International School of Art in Todi, Italy. Her folded ironed cloth sculptures have been exhibited at the Drawing Center in New York, Thomas Rehbein Gallery in Cologne, Tegnerforbundet in Oslo, and forthcoming in a historical survey of artists working with cloth, at the Wolfsburg Museum in Wolfsburg, Germany. Her works on paper have been exhibited and collected in the US, Germany and Denmark.
