<a href="https://ciencia.yale.edu/programs/seeds-success">Seeds of Success program</a>. We are especially interested in Spanish, Creole, and Pashto speakers!<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Seeds of Success</b> is a 1 year out-of-school program that empowers local middle-school students with science, technology, engineering, math, and medicine<b> </b>(STEMM) exploration experiences, relatable female role models, and place-based
STEMM outreach projects. Our long-term goal is to empower more women and girls to pursue careers in the STEMM professions.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We are seeking a diverse group of female-identifying mentors who can offer guidance, encouragement, and real-world insights into STEMM. Mentors will receive training, and lead 2-4 after-school group mentoring sessions.
<span lang="EN-US">We welcome Yale STEMM graduate students, postdocs, and undergraduate students (3rd year onwards or with 1 or more years of research experience) with a passion for mentoring, and excitement for STEMM careers. </span>This is a unique opportunity
to be a role model for young girls and help foster the next generation of female STEM leaders.<o:p></o:p></p>
