What better way to spend Valentine's Day than with a renowned poet?
Whether you are drowning your sorrows alone or celebrating with a special
someone, J.D. McClatchy’s love poetry will be the perfect supplement to
our romance-obsessed holiday. J.D. McClatchy has written five books of
poetry, two collections of essays, four opera libretti and edited
numerous collections. His honors include the Witter Bynner Award for
Poetry of the American Academy of Arts and Letters, and fellowships from
the Guggenheim Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts. Since
1991 he has been editor of <i>The Yale Review</i>, and he served as a
Chancellor of The Academy of American Poets from 1996 to 2003.<br><br>
