Please note that the format for the GHOSTLIGHT series has changed. There

will not be a slam and there is no cover charge for this event.<br><br>

<font size=1>**GHOSTLIGHT, NHTC's spoken word division, seeks to express

and preserve our culture through words. We believe that the written word

is the substance from which all creative arts derive, and, in the

tradition of our ancestors, we are obliged to record our experience and

to allow the human imagination to flourish through oral interpretation of

the written word. <b>We seek to discover new voices, especially writers

in our local communities</b> and honor the writers of the past, as well

as to present engaging and entertaining programs to a broadly diverse

audience in a non-traditional setting.<br><br>
