</font><font face="arial">Suzanne Heyd's work appears in recent and
forthcoming issues of jubliat, New Orleans Review, Puerto del Sol, Nimrod
International Journal, Northwest Review, Beloit Poetry Journal, Diner,
Epicenter, Sonora Review, Southern Poetry Review, Hunger Mountain,
Washington Square, South Dakota Review, So To Speak, The Spoon River
Poetry Review, Gulf Stream, Open City, Phoebe, Porcupine, Red
Wheelbarrow, Hawai'i Review and elsewhere. She was a finalist for the
Best New Poets 2005, the Emily Dickinson Awards in Poetry, the Robert
Penn Warren Award, and the James Fellowship for Novel in Progress, and
has been awarded a poetry residency at Vermont Studio Center and a
fellowship from the National Endowment for the Humanities. Suzanne is a
freelance writer and director of the literary program at Arts +
Literature Laboratory in New Haven. Her work has been nominated for a
Pushcart Prize.<br>
WNPS, the longest running weekly poetry series in Connecticut, boasts an
open mike, feature poets, a
Q&A</font><font face="arial" color="#000080">
</font><font face="arial">with the feature, and a poetry critique
workshop.</font><font face="arial" color="#000080"> <br>
</font><font face="arial">The featured reader begins at approximately 9
