Ms. Hayden will read from <i>American Yard</i> and from her new book in

Dolores Hayden's poems have appeared in <i>The Kenyon Review,</i> <i>The
Yale Review</i>, <i>Southwest Review</i>, <i>Michigan Quarterly
Review</i>, <i>Slate</i>, <i>Verse Daily, </i>and many other journals and
anthologies. Her most recent collection, <i>American Yard</i>, was
runner-up for the best book award in 2005 from the New England Poetry
Club. She's won the Poetry Society of America’s Emily Dickinson Award and
is a Connecticut Performing Artist. She teaches at Yale. Her recent
non-fiction books include <i>Building Suburbia</i> and <i>A Field</i>
G<i>uide to Sprawl</i>. <br>
