<em><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Versed</span></em> (Wesleyan University Press, 2009), winner of the 2010 Pulitzer Prize for poetry;
<em><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Next Life, </span></em>(2007), a
<em><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">New York Times</span></em> notable book of 2007;
<em><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Up to Speed</span></em> (2004);
<em><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Veil: New and Selected Poems</span></em> (2001);
<em><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Made To Seem</span></em> (1995); and
<em><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">The Invention of Hunger</span></em> (1979). Armantrout is also the author of a memoir,
<em><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">True</span></em> (1998). She has taught writing for nearly twenty years at the University of California, San Diego.<br>
