<p class="xmsonospacing" align="center" style="text-align:center"><b><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""> </span></b><span style="font-family:"Helvetica","sans-serif"">Richard Deming is a poet and a theorist whose work explores the intersections
of poetry, philosophy, and visual culture. He is the author of <i>Listening on All Sides: Toward an Emersonian Ethics of Reading</i> (Stanford UP, 2008), and he contributes to such magazines as
<i>Artforum</i> and <i>The Boston Review</i>. His collection of poems, <i>Let’s Not Call It Consequence
</i>(Shearsman, 2008), received the 2009 Norma Farber First Book Award from the Poetry Society of America. His poems have appeared in such places as
<i>Sulfur</i>, <i>Field</i>, <i>Indiana Review</i>, and <i>The Nation</i>. He teaches at Yale University. He was the Spring 2012 John P. Birkelund Fellow of the American Academy in Berlin.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="xmsonormal"><span style="font-family:"Helvetica","sans-serif"">S.M. Stone holds a B.A. in Rhetoric from U.C. Berkeley and an M.F.A. in Literary Arts (Poetry) from Brown University. She lives in New Haven, CT and Boston, MA. Her poetry, translations,
and criticism have appeared or are forthcoming in the <i>Boston Review, Ephemeroptera, Horse Less Review, Jacket2</i>,
<i>Mandorla</i>,<i> </i>the <i>Modern Review</i>, and <i>Sentence</i>. She is at work on a dissertation about the social and bibliographic forms produced by twentieth- and twenty-first century American poet-publishers, and on a series of collaborative poems
with Jason Labbe. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="xmsonormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Katie Yates is a mother and adjunct professor at St. John's University, Queens. Her most recent book is poem for the house (Stockport Flats, 2011).</span><o:p></o:p></p>
