the 2016 T. S. Eliot Prize for Poetry and is a collection of apostrophes to the mythical inventor Daedalus and a daughter. Alison lives down the highway in Stony Creek with her husband, two kids, cat and hives of bees. Her poems have been published in <i>The
Paris Review</i>, <i>Barrow Street,</i>and <i>The Denver Quarterly</i>.
