Anne Dutton is an integrative mental health clinician, mindfulness and meditation instructor, yoga teacher, translator and published scholar. She holds a Master’s degrees in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and Buddhist Studies from Yale University. At the Yale Stress Center she teaches the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course and provides individual coaching in meditation and mindfulness-based therapeutic yoga. She is also a psychotherapist at the Branford Counseling Center, a public mental health clinic on the shoreline. In her private practice as a mindfulness-based integrative clinician, she uses talk therapy, yoga and mindfulness to help people reduce stress and clinical symptoms.
