<p class="MsoNormal">On Friday, August 16, <span style="color:#1F497D"> </span>the Library of Congress began a scheduled power outage that shutdown access to all
<span style="color:black">websites and systems from Friday, August 16, 5:00 p.m. EST through Saturday, August 17. As a result of this system maintenance, the NACO contribution/distribution processes were delayed. An analysis of the recovery showed that not
all NACO records were loaded as expected (some updates made by OCLC members on Friday).

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">LC staff are working to resolve the problem, but until it is resolved, OCLC NACO catalogers may find that these records are still locked in that system.
