<p class="MsoNormal">The Library of Congress will upgrade its Integrated Library System (ILS) starting February 14, 2014. The ILS upgrade process is expected to take approximately one week. During the upgrade process, the creation, updating and importing
of bibliographic and authority cataloging records into the LC production database will cease. Consequently very few cataloging records will be available for distribution via the daily and weekly MARC Distribution Services (MDS) during the upgrade time.
