<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">As part of its rebranding, the Peabody Museum has changed its name from “Peabody Museum of Natural History” to “Yale Peabody Museum” (as displayed on the
<a href="https://peabody.yale.edu/">museum homepage</a>). The new name is currently listed as a variant on the
<a href="https://peabody.yale.edu/">LC authority record</a>, but it should now become the authorized heading. Apparently, there wasn’t an “official” announcement of the name change, but it seems to have been rolled out last spring (the first mention I’ve seen
was dated May 2023).</span><o:p></o:p></p>
