<p class="MsoNormal">Just a quick note to let you know that Yale’s accessioning plugin was turned on last night by Steve DiSorbo so that it would be ready for everyone to start using Yale’s new accession numbering schema. As a reminder, this numbering scheme
follows the format of Fiscal Year, Department Code, and an Incremental Number. The Fiscal Year and Incremental Number will be filled out automatically for you when creating new Accessions.

<p class="MsoNormal">If you ever need to import accession records from before 07/01/2016, you can do that via the Import Jobs page by selecting the Accession CSV import type, and then uploading a CSV file that matches the Accession CSV Template found here,
<a href="http://www.archivesspace.org/importexport">http://www.archivesspace.org/importexport</a>. Since this is a process that we did not cover during training, please get in touch with your
<a href="http://guides.library.yale.edu/archivesspace/members">committee liaison</a> before importing legacy accession records.<o:p></o:p></p>
