</span></span></span><![endif]>I have been running automated load testing against the instances. I started using a new tool called Loadster. I’m in love with Loadster. I’ve shared it with several colleagues already. My best analogy is, if JMeter is the Taylor
Swift of automated testing tools, Loadster is the Adele. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo4"><![if !supportLists]><span style="font-family:Symbol"><span style="mso-list:Ignore">·<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span></span><![endif]>I have started to talk with Yale’s procurement office about the draft contract. Procurement has provided the basic terms for cloud services Yale expects in contracts. This language has been vetted by General Counsel, InfoSec,
Disaster Recovery and more. It is more robust than what is currently in the Lyrasis contract, particularly in MTTR and MTRS measurements for service disruptions. These service availability measurements are ITIL standards and part of the Yale environment, so
we should expect to see them in contracted arrangements. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo4"><![if !supportLists]><span style="font-family:Symbol"><span style="mso-list:Ignore">·<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span></span><![endif]>Maureen Callahan and I have been working through an initial set of questions and edits for the draft contract and this work will continue into the new year.

</span></span></span><![endif]>For now, the hosted configurations have been turned off, but will resume in early January. The pilot fees for the instances are based on a 30-day clock. Since we have a break coming up, I asked for the pause and resume to save

<p class="MsoNormal">I’d like to thank all our colleagues who have been doing testing in the Lyrasis pilot instances and testing the local instances for upgrade readiness. Their effort is a major contribution to both these projects. I know testing is something
