<p class="MsoNormal">There are 2 open problem reports regarding validation errors when attempting to modify archival object records in ArchivesSpace. The 2 reports document the same error message. This has been reported to Lyrasis and I have already started
a discussion with them about resolution. YAMS does not have the complete details of the reason users are seeing these errors. We are gathering information about system activity and whether it is a factor or not. This does not mean staff can’t or shouldn’t
use ArchivesSpace. We wanted to inform all staff that we are aware of an issue and working to resolve it. I will continue to prioritize a resolution with Lyrasis.
