<p class="MsoNormal">Good morning! Mary Caldera asked me to send a message about an issue I had when trying to add a top container to a single object with multiple instances. It looked like I was successful but after the record was closed I discovered that
the container was not linked to the record. However, when I went back to the record, clicked “add an instance” again and then used the browse option instead of the “type-ahead”, I could link the unassociated container to the object. Don’t know why it happened
or if it will ever occur again, but just in case anyone else has a similar problem it might help. If I’m confusing you, please feel free to email me and I’ll add screenshots and additional explanation (I tried to be as clear and concise as possible, but the
terminology sometimes confuses me!).<o:p></o:p></p>
