<p><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">Preservica will be doing some data synchronization work with Production ArchivesSpace this holiday weekend Fri 5/26-Mon 5/29. As a precaution, they have asked that the staff access to the ArchivesSpace
database and index be temporarily disabled. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">At <b>7pm Friday May 26</b>, staff will
<b>not be able to use the staff interface to ArchivesSpace</b>, however <b>the database and index will remain up</b> for the synchronization, and other read-only services running against production.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">Staff access will be restored late in the
<b>evening of Monday May 29</b>. Again, this is a precaution to reduce the risk of any accidental data changes during the Preservica synchronization. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
