<p class="MsoNormal">A reminder that the last step of the project to load Fortunoff Testimony metadata into ArchivesSpace is scheduled for this weekend, Friday June 16.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Friday</b> evening, approximately <b>9pm</b> our hosted <b>
production instance of ArchivesSpace will be offline for an hour</b>, so that Fortunoff data can be imported into production.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The application will be online again immediately following. Re-indexing will take place throughout the weekend, but staff are free to use the system as needed.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I’ll send an update email over the weekend, just as an FYI.</p>
