<p class="MsoNormal">We wanted to give people a heads up that <b>to prepare for the final cutover from YFAD to Archives at Yale</b>, we will need to make a final update to the production instance of ArchivesSpace. This will

<b>require brief downtime while we restart production</b>. This is currently scheduled for

<b>the evening of Friday January 4<sup>th</sup>, 2019</b>. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We know some of you may take some additional days of vacation that week, so this advance notice is to accommodate any scheduling or notice you may need to do to dependent integrations, or system routines running against production ArchivesSpace.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">As usual, if you have a running integration, you may want to plan to temporarily suspend it that evening, due to the system restart. It may
