<p class="MsoNormal">The Yale Archival Management Systems (YAMS) committee is seeking new members to fill vacancies for fiscal year 2021-2022. YAMS oversees implementation, operation, system maintenance, and development of enterprise systems used by Yale University
Library (YUL) special collection units for archival resource description, discovery, accessioning, collection control, and description of people, families and corporate bodies. Our work primarily supports ArchivesSpace and Archives at Yale, including maintaining
policies and best practices; setting priorities for development; creating documentation and opportunities to train users at Yale. Members attend biweekly meetings lasting one hour. Each term lasts one year, with an option to renew. If you are interested in
