The Catalog Department has developed a new "Strategic Vision"
that we would like to share with our cataloging colleagues throughout the
Library. Recognizing that there are many new developments in the
cataloging world, the digital landscape, and the library world in
general, we have developed a plan that we believe will help position us
to remain an important player. Please join us next Thursday March 1
in the Lecture Hall at 2 pm for an overview of the directions in which we
envision the Catalog Department moving. We also encourage you to
read our <i>Strategic Vision </i>report which you will find at:
