Scores” and “Audio Materials”, while a single tab "Sco/Rec"
(Scores and Recordings) has been removed. On the assumption that most of what our
department has cataloged as “Sco/Rec” are in fact sound recordings,
these can still be found, retrospectively, under Audio Materials. Printed Music/Scores,
however, now have their own designated category (which is what ARL requires and
what makes sense too).<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

row of tabs that are colored red), now have the full range of cataloging
categories, and, like the ‘analog’ formats, allow for retrospective
changes. The concept of ‘pieces’ doesn’t apply to the
electronic formats (other than CD-ROMs), so just ignore those fields if you see
them.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
