<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">This version incorporates several recent CONSER decisions on coding linking fields to show changes in format, strategies for working with duplicate records for e-serials,
and new and revised examples. The group also made recommendations for changes needed for RDA implementation, attached. Please let me know if you have comments on these recommendations as well.
