I wanted to share that the Queer Metadata Collective (QMDC) has released version 1.0 of

Best Practices for Queer Metadata</a>, a document which offers general guidance for the metadata treatment of resources by and about LGBTQ+ communities. Version 1.0 includes detailed recommendations for classification, subject heading, name and authorities,

 and linked data applications.</div>
