</font>The Instruction Group will be offering workshops in August for
librarians who would like to learn more about Classes*v2 and how they can
participate in an instructor's course web site.<br><br>

<dd>Session 1: Tuesday, August 7, 2:00-3:30 pm, in SML 609
(Electronic Classroom)<br>
<dd>Session 2: Thursday, August 16, 3:30-5:00 pm, in SCML (Mudd
Library)<br>
<dd>Each workshop will include:
<dd> * An Introduction to Classes*v2 and the role of
"Librarian"
<dd> * How to identify courses of interest in your area
of expertise
<dd> * How to approach faculty to be added to courses
<dd> * Exploration of the Classes*v2 interface
<dd> * Hands-on practice creating folders, uploading
files, and posting links to library and other Internet resources
<dd> * Access to a practice Classes*v2 site<br><br>
</dl>Seating is limited, so please reserve a place as soon as
possible. If you have an interest in Classes*v2, but these times
are not convenient, please contact us. We will schedule other
sessions. <br><br>
